Its personnel was courteous and polite, nothing too much trouble.

I loved the place, its ideal location and rooms. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Chicago.

The staff was helpful, attentive, nothing too much trouble. This hotel had a central position to Millenium park. Skydeck Chicago was also easy to reach.

The breakfast was tasty, the check in was easy. Also, location was prime, just 5 minutes walk from Cibc Theatre.

The room was fine with a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast included. We enjoyed the big bathroom here.

Excellent base for traveling to Chicago and exploring local places. Location: the hotel was just next door to the theater, downtown. Plus it was short way from a super-tall skyscraper.

The stay here was very nice, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was impeccably clean with ideal location short walk to the train stop as well as major attractions.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a fairly nice area, next to Art Institute of Chicago as well as the trainstation. The room was bright and attractive. It had an extremely comfy bed and pillows.

The location is ideal, 1 mile from London Guarantee Building.

We loved our 1-nights stay. Local fast food option Naf Naf Grill was 5 minutes walk away.

Neat hotel, extremely comfy beds, savoury breakfasts and absolutely amazing staff. The room we had was individual and non-smoking. We enjoyed the brunch in the One North Kitchen & Bar, located nearby. Had cold drinks in the wine bar in the evening.

The hotel is cozy and has cool staff. Its location is brilliant & strategic. And within a walking distance of a tall skyscraper. Lovely breakfast options and absolutely fabulous view: )

Well-trained staff, very nicely decorated building, glamorous room. Free wireless internet, 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO and dresser in the room and the nice bed. Very clean pool and sand beach.

Secure hotel, my first choice in Chicago. The whole place was spotless and the staff were cordial. I loved having 2 queen-size beds in the room, that was extremely spacious too. There was a well-maintained garden, tranquil setting.
